- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nice Doctor but the billing is no good. They always make you pay a copay even if its an annual check up and your insurance pays 100%. They do not refund you unless you go to complain with a claim statement from your insurance. This has happened to me twice now. I have done medical billing in the past but they will not listen to me and lie to me even though I know what my insurance pays for and my husband never has a copay for his annual. When I check my insurance claim statements it even shows no copay and I have to fight the Dr.'s office to get a refund. I feel it is a scam and I feel bad for those patients who don't know their insurance and should be getting refunds.April 05, 2017by Amanda Gabbard
