  Staff was very friendly. Wait time has been acceptable(2 visits). Promptly ordered tests. Gave straight diagnoses with take home info on Everything! Only downfall miscommunication through patient portal and did not know there is a charge to ask a question through that.

  Prepping for a colonoscopy is no picnic and not cheap. After making it through THAT, we got a call 30 minutes before the appointment explaining that Dr Moussa was "stuck in London" and needed to cancel. And he didn't have anyone on call. We never heard from him or his office again.

  Dr. Moussa ordered a colonoscopy on my wife after complications at the ER. Procedure itself had no issues. However, the wait time was awful for a follow up on results. Once a follow up was made for the results of the test again, wait time was awful at his office. The patients privacy was not protected. We could hear him diagnosing someone in the room next to us and across the hall. When he finally was able to see us he said he didn't know what to do and asked myself for a solution (not a medical provider). When we brought these issues to the front desk we were referred to a different doctor by his receptionists who stated he wasn't the best in town. We then filed a grievance with the Florida Department of Health. Bottom line, treatment was okay however don't expect good service/diagnosis or HIPAA compliance.
