- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This dental office neglects to do proper work to ensure insurance copay. Two months after a procedure was done, they call to inform us of an outstanding balance of a 4 figured amount, and that it is a "courtesy" to file our insurance. They gave us a copay at the time the procedure was scheduled, it was paid, and now since they neglected to read the paperwork sent to them and not disclosed to us, we are being told 2 months later that we are going to be taken to court if we don't pay this large amount that was allegedly covered by insurance when the procedure was decided on. The office staff is so blameful, inconsistent, and rude that it doesn't matter how decent the dentists here are, don't waste your time or else your credit score will be threatened without your knowledge.
